Streidl will focus on both tenant and landlord representation in the retail sector. Her responsibilities will include leasing, site selection/acquisition, site disposition and portfolio administration for clients in the Metroplex.

Prior to joining C&W, Streidl served as senior vice president and managing partner of Blatteis & Schnur, a Los Angeles-based boutique retail firm with offices in Dallas, Chicago and San Francisco. While at Blatteis & Schnur she handled the national rollout for Sur La Table and relocated to Dallas to work on Victory.

In total, Streidl brings more than 16 years of real estate industry experience to C&W. Before taking on her role with Blatteis & Schnur, she was a vice president with CB Richard Ellis where she managed a team focusing on retail core, urban neighborhood and community shopping center leasing on both the tenant and landlord side of the business.
