C&W Launches Retail Leasing Group

DALLAS-Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc.’s local branch has added retail leasing services to its offerings and has tapped Lisa Streidl to head the group. She joins the company as a director in the transaction services group.

Streidl will focus on both tenant and landlord representation in the retail sector. Her responsibilities will include leasing, site selection/acquisition, site disposition and portfolio administration for clients in the Metroplex.

Prior to joining C&W, Streidl served as senior vice president and managing partner of Blatteis & Schnur, a Los Angeles-based boutique retail firm with offices in Dallas, Chicago and San Francisco. While at Blatteis & Schnur she handled the national rollout for Sur La Table and relocated to Dallas to work on Victory.
