Duke Leases 53,000 SF in Distribution Center

TAMPA-The lease brings the 94,105-square foot distribution building, Fairfield VIII, to 100% occupancy.

TAMPA-Indianapolis-based Duke Realty Corporation has leased 53,218 square feet of distribution space to Staples, Inc. at Fairfield Distribution Center in Tampa’s east side industrial submarket. The transaction at Fairfield VIII, brings the 94,105 square foot distribution warehouse to 100% occupancy.

With its proximity to I-4 and I-75, Fairfield offers easy access to the region’s business and population center, says Doug Imscher, Duke’s senior vice president of Central Florida operations.
