The company, which markets insurance products across the nation, signed a five-year lease for the class A space, which will be used for its corporate headquarters. It is relocating from 25227 Grogans Mill Rd., also in The Woodlands, where it has a little less space, says Paul Coonrod, vice president of Stream Realty Partners.

Coonrod and Brad Fricks represented The Reserve at Sierra Pines in the lease negotiations. Andy Iversen and Patrick Valentz of Jackson Cooksey's Houston office represented BHC Marketing.

"The building and overall development was exactly what BHC Marketing was looking for in a new facility," Iversen says. "It provides for a very efficient utilization of space."
