Ed Cummins joins as a senior vice president, while Clint Duncan assumes the position of senior associate and Lupe Olivares takes on the role of senior financial analyst. Cummins and Duncan join Transwestern from Hendricks & Partners local office, while Olivares was previously with CB Richard Ellis.

The team will specialize in multifamily services and will advise investors, identify strategic market opportunities and facilitate transactions.

"These three people are exactly the right fit for us," says Chip Clarke, president of Transwestern's Gulf Coast and Mountain Regions. "We have strong multifamily groups in the Mid-Atlanta, Southwest, Phoenix and Dallas, and we decided to strengthen our group here. We feel there is a wave of transactions that will soon occur, and we wanted a dedicated group."
