MOUNT OLIVE, NJ-Integrated Microwave Technologies--formerly RF Extreme--has leased 65,000 square feet of high-tech space at 200 International Dr. here. The new location will house operations consolidated from three locations in Carlisle, PA; Haverhill, MA; and Hackettstown, NJ, resulting in a net gain of jobs for the Garden State.

Robert Donnelly Jr., and Fred Brunswick of Cushman & Wakefield’s Morristown, NJ and East Rutherford, NJ offices, respectively, represented Integrated Microwave in the long-term transaction. The firm is a business unit of the Vitec Group , a worldwide provider of equipment and services to the broadcasting, entertainment and photographic industries.
