ATLANTA-A private equity group from New York City has purchased the Colony Plaza, a 216,712-square foot grocery-anchored shopping center in Augusta, Georgia for $11.3 Million. The sale closed on May 17th.
The 21-year-old center, which is 93% leased, had been owned by an Atlanta-based private equity group. It is anchored by a 48,000-square-foot Food Lion and a 50,000-square-foot Sitel call center, which is used by multiple companies.
