Rady Children’s Hospital purchased a two-story, 28,600-square-foot medical office building at Ocean Terrace Professional Center at 3605 Vista Way, in Vista, CA. The acquisition price was not disclosed. CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented the seller, McMahon Development Group. Steve Rosetta of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented the buyer. The new facility will provide multiple levels of pediatric care. Located approximately one mile west of Tri-City Hospital, Ocean Terrace Professional Center is a 10-building medical office project totaling 101,000 square feet. The recent building purchase brings the for-sale medical office condominium project to 85% sold with only 15,000 square feet available.

Health Sciences High and Middle School has leased 31,301 square feet of office and classroom space at 3910 University Ave. in San Diego from BR Workforce LLC. The property, leased for sixty months at $3.55 million, will be used for a charter school. The lessee was represented by NAI San Diego. Colliers International represented the lessor.
