CBRE Markets 455 Units at $58M Asking Price

LAS VEGAS-The Preserve apartment complex, built in 2008 and averaging 972 square feet per unit, goes on the market at $57.5 million asking.

LAS VEGAS-The Preserve apartments a 455-unit complex that was built in 2008 and averages 972 square feet per unit, has hit the market at an asking price of $57.5 million, according to CB Richard Ellis, which has the listing for the sale. The class A property is in North Las Vegas, near Interstate 215, the Aliante project and a VA Hospital that is under construction.

The CBRE marketing team includes senior vice presidents Spencer Ballif and Jeff Swinger in the company’s Las Vegas office along with vice chairmen Tyler Anderson and Sean Cunningham of CBRE’s Phoenix office. Offers for the property are due June 10.
