CompTia Takes 32,389-SF Office at Esplanade

DOWNERS GROVE, IL-The Computing Technology Industry Association is relocating its headquarters from Oakbrook Terrace, IL.

DOWNERS GROVE, IL-The Computing Technology Industry Association is relocating its headquarters from 1815 S. Myers Rd. in Oakbrook Terrace, IL to the Esplanade II office tower here. The association will lease 32,289 square feet in the 584,000-square-foot building.

The association will occupy its new space in November, says Susan Rosen with Cushman & Wakefield. She and Marilyn Lissner with Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the transaction, and Dave Andrews represented the owner, Hamilton Partners.
