Kretowicz Will Market 183,000-SF Office Complex

NEPTUNE, NJ-Building owner Armstrong Capital has also tapped Aztec Architecture to design a capital improvement program.

NEPTUNE, NJ-Kretowicz Commercial Real Estate has been awarded the exclusive leasing assignment for 3501 Rte. 66, a three-story, two-building office complex totaling 183,000 square feet on 50 acres here. Owned by New York City-based Armstrong Capital LLC and formerly home to the northeast operations headquarters for CNA Insurance, the property’s 106,000-square-foot Main Building and 77,000-square-foot Wadelton Building are linked by a 9,000-square-foot connecting structure.

“The building is being offered for lease for multi-tenant occupancy, divisible to 10,000 square feet, as well as to single users,” says Kim Kretowicz, president and founder of Kretowicz Commercial Real Estate. “The connecting tunnel offers layout flexibility for either a corporate single tenant or multi-tenant occupancy.”
