McKINNEY, TX-Craig Ranch, a 2,200-acre master-planned community has unveiled a $575 million, 250-acre employment district, the largest in North Texas in 15 years. The employment district is made up of two components: a 160-acre corporate district and a 90-acre medical district.

Dallas-based KDC has partnered with Craig Ranch to develop the 160-acre corporate district, which has the potential to house 2 million square feet of multi-tenant office buildings and corporate headquarters facilities. Forty-five percent of the acreage in the medical district has already been purchased by The Cooper Fitness Center & Spa, Cooper Clinic, The Hospital at Craig Ranch and Tuscarora.

Located off of SH121 between the North Texas Tollway and North Central Expressway, the corporate district is valued at $364 million. “With the opening of the 121 Corridor, Craig Ranch is very accessible to DFW International Airport and other parts of the Metroplex,” says Bill Guthrey, senior vice president of KDC. “This real estate is right in the middle of the growth corridor.”
