SEATTLE-CB Richard Ellis has been retained by Riverstone Residential Group as the exclusive marketing advisor for Equinox, a 204-unit luxury midrise community located in the South Lake Union neighborhood here in the center of Seattle. Equinox gives investors a prime opportunity to purchase an upscale condominium project, currently in lease-up, at well below replacement cost, according to a prepared CBRE statement.

Equinox residents live in the center of Seattle with the South Lake Union employment center to the south and the sophisticated urban neighborhood of Eastlake to the north. The property features unsurpassed views of the Seattle skyline, Space Needle, Queen Anne Hill, Lake Union and the Aurora Bridge.

Equinox was completed in 2009 and was originally designed and built as high end condominium for-sale product with numerous upscale finishes and features. The property features 13 one and two-bedroom floorplans, ranging from 520 square feet to 1,340 square feet.

Equinox is minutes from the area’s major employers including Microsoft, Google, Amazon’s new corporate headquarters and the Gates Foundation. The Property benefits from its excellent access to the Downtown Seattle CBD, the University of Washington and the I-5 Freeway, according to a statement.
