MIAMI-The Carlton Exchange is auctioning a $63 Million portfolio of non-performing loans secured by hospitality, commercial and residential properties and land located in the Gulf Coast in Florida, Texas and Louisiana as well as in Georgia. The loans are being offered through the Carlton Exchange’s conventional loan trading system with no bidding deadline.

According to Commercial Mortgage Alert, the portfolio belongs to The Whitney Bank of New Orleans.  The following is a list of the properties:

-- 130-room Days Inn hotel in Bradenton, Florida 

-- 44,200 square feet of commercial condominiums in Bradenton

-- 115-room Howard Johnson hotel in Ft. Myers, Florida

-- Mixed-use building with office, warehouse, and bank branch in Clearwater

-- Historic 216-room hotel in downtown New Orleans

-- 143-room Holiday Inn Express in Smyrna, Georgia

-- 15-acre prime waterfront condominium development site in Galveston, Texas
