FT. LAUDERDALE, FL-Colliers Abood Wood-Fay Commercial Real Estate Services, based in Miami, recently got a listing for a 32,000-square foot, two-story property which is currently home to Aptium Oncology, a subsidiary of the drug maker, Astra Zeneca. The building is available for sale or lease. Aptium will be vacating it within the next 60 days.
The asking price for the 11-year-old building is nearly $7 million and the asking rental rate is $17.95 per square foot. Although the building is currently leased to one tenant, it can be subdivided, according to Colliers Abood Wood-Fay. The building is half a mile from the West Boca Medical Center and roughly 15 minutes away from four major hospitals--the Boca Raton Community Hospital, the Delray Medical Center, the Northwest Medical Center and the North Broward Medical Center.
