FT. LAUDERDALE, FL-The owner of the 256,000-square foot Esperante Corporate Center in West Palm Beach, CB Richard Ellis Investors, has attracted three new tenants and a significant renewal within a one-month period, for a total of nearly 30,000 square feet.

The secret, if there is one, of attracting tenants in a city where the vacancy rate is 23% and a county with a 29% vacancy rate, may be a nearly $6 million facelift that the 21-year old building underwent, which was completed last month.

According to Anthony Librizzi, vice president at CB Richard Ellis’ office in Boca Raton, who is a broker for the building, CBRE Investors has implemented a “five-star amenities program” which includes a state-of-the-art conference facility and a renovated caf
