Just Wait - 06.15.2010
Every week I work hard to take the pulse of the market and to provide readers with insightful and interesting perspectives on the real estate industry. However, I must admit that this week I am exasperated. I am not sure whether I should be up or down, pro or con, here or there. This market is befuddling. I speak daily with CEO’s, intermediaries, investors and corporate real estate executives, and all are tentative in their view of where the real estate play will be, and how to play it. However there is one clear view: There is no doubt to any real estate executive that there will be an investment play, of great proportions, ahead in the fallout of this very confusing market. Just wait, and wait, and wait and see.
