Colliers Taps Industrial Team for NJ Operations

PARSIPPANY, NJ-The firm is bringing on the leasing team of Joseph Nitti and John Kainer for the organization’s industrial practice group.

PARSIPPANY, NJ-Colliers International has hired the leasing team of Joseph Nitti and John Kainer for the organization’s industrial practice group in New Jersey. Nitti and Kainer will hold the titles of executive managing director and senior managing director, respectively.

Together, they will expand the Colliers International spectrum of industrial real estate services in New Jersey and assist in the recruitment of other industrial specialists across the region. With approximately 1.2 billion square feet of industrial assets throughout New Jersey, Colliers International sees a tremendous opportunity to serve its clients and expand its market share.
