$12M Country Club Sale Tees Up

MAMARONECK, NY-A JV completes its purchase of the Hampshire Country Club with plans to reopen, highlighting this week’s wrap-up of deals.

A joint venture formed by affiliates of Westport Capital Partners LLC and New World Realty Advisors, LLC has closed on the $12.1-million purchase of the Hampshire Country Club at 1107 Cove Rd. in Mamaroneck, NY. The buyers are planning to reopen the 116-acre facility, which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy about six months ago. William Cuddy and Budd Wiesenberg of CB Richard Ellis’ Westchester office represented the country club’s board of directors in the sale.
