FREEHOLD, NJ-Onyx Equities LLC recently inked an 11,991-square-foot lease agreement with Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. at 303 W. Main St. here. The company plans to occupy the space in August. Gregg Nowell and Chris Santoro of Sitar Co. represented Onyx, while Bob Shulman, Maureen Young and Tom Semler of CresaPartners represented Liberty Mutual in this transaction.
The 93% occupied property is a four-story, 60,000-square-foot office building, which also includes two pad sites that can accommodate a 15,000-square-foot, single-story building and an 8,000-square-foot, single-story building.
