PHOENIX-Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial has hired Alisa Timm and Sarah Searight to establish the firm’s property management services.
The new group has already picked up nearly 700,000 square feet of assignments including Madison Square, 174,000-square-foot office building in the Camelback Corridor submarket.
“As a company, we have national clients that we’ve been serving on the East Coast and in the Midwest, but we’ve been unable to meet those needs for the Western part of the U.S.,” Timm tells GlobeSt. “Now we can meet our clients’ needs for property management in those Western markets.”
Timm, a Certified Property Manager, joins the firm as an associate vice president, while Searight joins as a property manager. The duo previously worked at Trust Realty Advisors Inc., a local commercial property management and investment firm that managed over 1 million square feet.
Timm was a principal with Trust Realty Advisors, while Searight was a property administrator. Timm and Searight brought six clients with them to Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial with a total of 500,000 square feet.
Both Timm and Searight will report to Paul Klink, who joined the company earlier this year as managing director of property management for the Southwest Region. Based in San Diego, he focuses on business development for the firm’s property management services group and oversees corporate services and property management for the firm’s institutional client relationships.
As a 26-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, Klink previously owned and operated Interface Properties, a commercial development company with an emphasis on retail and office development projects in the north and southwestern United States.
