NEW YORK CITY-The final field of competitors in the state’s fifth try at developing a video casino at Aqueduct Racetrack in Queens has been narrowed to a pair of gaming operators and a partnership that includes SL Green Realty Corp. A spokeswoman for the New York Lottery tells GlobeSt.com that the three entities submitted bids in time to meet the Tuesday afternoon deadline.
