The systems company is packing up its Woburn, MA headquarters and agreeing to take 163,000 square feet for eight years in the two-story office and manufacturing facility.
The property is one of a tandem of buildings owned by San Francisco-based DivcoWest and Boston-headquartered Taurus Investment Holdings. The pair of companies own 300 & 400 Riverpark Dr. located on 34.4 acres of an office/industrial/light manufacturing campus off I-93. The campus totals 950,000 square feet, of which the four-story 400 Riverpark accounts for 150,000 square feet and together with 300 Riverpark together total 359,000 square feet. Asking rent for 400 Riverpark is $19.50 per square foot.
The pair of properties was purchased by DivcoWest and Taurus in September 2008 from Teradyne, which remains a tenant. CB Richard Ellis' David Pergola and Jason Levendusky repped DivcoWest and Taurus in the lease, while Jones Lang LaSalle's Brooks Murphy and Sean Lynch represented Kiva.
