HILLSIDE, NJ-Weichert Commercial Brokerage Inc. has been appointed as the exclusive agent for the 159,000-square-foot flex building located at 225 Long Ave. here. Vice president Terry Kenny and broker associate Karen Anderson are handling the marketing of the property, which is currently being offered for sale.
The three-story building is comprised of 91,000 square feet of FDA-approved warehouse space and 68,000 square feet of office space. The warehouse offers 24-foot ceilings, six interior and three exterior docks, one drive-in door and 4,500 square feet of air-conditioned space. There is currently 39,000 square feet of warehouse and 21,000 square feet of office available for lease. The seller is interested in a sale leaseback for part of the property.
