Granite Lands Razor for 40,794-SF at The Madison

DALLAS-The marketing firm has leased 40,794 square feet at The Madison, a class A office building in Addison.

DALLAS-Razor Business Strategy Consultants has leased 40,794 square feet at The Madison, a class A office building in Addison.

The long-term deal represents a renewal and a 6,000-square-foot expansion for the marketing and communications firm, which has been a tenant in the building for six years, according to Jeff Ellerman of CB Richard Ellis. He and Robert Blount, also of CB Richard Ellis, negotiated the lease on behalf of Razor.
