KANSAS CITY, MO-Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors has predicted that prices of homes in Kansas City-will see a hike by fall. The average price of new homes in June 2010 stood at $296,768, a decrease of 2% compared to $302,628 in June 2009.
The average price of existing homes was $167,487, which is a 4% rise from $160,487 last year. According to a report by KCRAR, about 2,599 new and existing Kansas City homes were sold in June. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal.
