NEW YORK CITY-Moody's/REAL All Property Type Aggregate Index recorded an increase of 3.6% in the prices of commercial property in May 2010. This is the second month that the index has recorded a price increase. However, compared to the peak of October 2007, the prices are still low by 38.9%.
Since the recession in October 2009, the prices have recovered 8.6%. Compared to 2009, the prices are down by 6.3% and have dropped 33% in since 2008. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
