BALTIMORE-At a foreclosure auction held on Tuesday, the Hollander 95 Business Park and its surrounding land was sold for $7.3 million. This is half the amount that the developers had borrowed to purchase and redevelop the site. Sparks-based FRP Development Corp. paid $4.3 million for an 82,800-sf building, which is the only building on the site.
M&T Bank, the lender to Hollander for the project paid $3 million for the adjoining 47 acres in another auction. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal.
