NEW YORK CITY-The owners of the Milford Plaza Hotel, Ogden Cap Properties' affiliate, are planning to sell the hotel. The 1,300-room hotel is located at 700 8th Ave. between West 44th and 45th streets and was closed for renovations last year.
The owners have hired Hodges Ward Elliott, a broker-based out of Atlanta, to analyze the possible sale of the hotel. Experts believe that the hotel could fetch about $150 million in the market. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
