BROOKLYN, NY-Toll Brothers Inc. has inked a lease for two years for 3,200 sf of space at 215 Water St. The site will be used to house the sales and construction team of the condo development project at the Brillo factory site in Dumbo, Brooklyn. The asking rate for the site was $30 per sf.
