NEW YORK CITY-The Tunnel Garage in SoHo has been converted into an apartment building, which will open in September for rent rates starting at $6,500 per month. This nine-story apartment building made of cast concrete and glass is located at Thompson and Broome streets.
The apartments have one-bedroom and two-bedroom units measuring 1,000 square feet and 1,500 square feet, respectively.
