NEW YORK CITY-Billy's Bakery will be opening a third store in North Little Italy, Manhattan, in November. The cupcake maker had signed a lease agreement for 10 years for about 300 square-foot space located at 268 Elizabeth St.

The deal started with nearly $250 per square feet and closed at $200 per square feet. Billy's will occupy the space after United Nude, the current tenant, moves out. Prudential Douglas Elliman and Joseph Aquino represented Marolda Properties, the landlord. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
