BALTIMORE-Alex Cooper will be auctioning off two office buildings undergoing hotel conversion in a foreclosure auction in August. The first site is the former 10-story Keyser Building at 201-207 E. Redwood St., which was being converted into a 130-room Hotel Indigo. The developer has over $14.7 million mortgage debt.
The second property is the former Jefferson building at 101 N. Charles St. being converted to a 100-room Staybridge Suites hotel. The developer has an unpaid mortgage debt of $11.69 million. For the full story, go to The Baltimore Sun.
