CHICAGO-Developers are now adding spas and health centers to residential buildings for their valued customers. Astoria Tower Residences and Spa, a 30-story building at 9th and State streets in South Loop has a $3 million spa life center measuring 12,000 square feet on the 10th floor.

Another such building is a 20-story, Optima Old Orchard Woods in Skokie, which includes Jacuzzi spas, a two-story swimming pool and a sun deck. For the full story, go to Chicago Tribune.
