WASHINGTON DC-Freddie Mac has reported that the long term mortgage rates have fallen this week again. The 30-year mortgage and the 15-year mortgage fell to its lowest since 1971, when Freddie Mac started tracking mortgage rates.
The 30-year mortgage fell to 4.56% on July 22 from 4.57% the previous week, while the 15-year mortgage fell to 4.03%, its lowest since 1991. The one-year mortgage fell to 3.7% from 3.74% last week. For the full story, go to Jacksonville Business Journal.
