BUFFALO-An alliance between residential real estate firms in Upstate New York have formed a multiple listing system that spans across Pennsylvania to Syracuse. Designed and headed by WNY Real Estate Information Services, this network now has over 13,000 listings.
This system allows agents to utilize listed information from across the stretch for their benefit. It took over two years to form the alliance and was materialized when Rochester, Syracuse, Niagara Falls, Genesee and Cattaraugus County decided to join.
