GREENSBORO, NC-Association of Realtors has reported that the sale of homes in North Carolina has increased by 17% in June compared to that in June 2009. This is the fourth month in a row that sales have posted a double digit growth when compared to 2009. There were 9,505 homes sold across the state when compared to just 8,155 in June 2009.

This phenomenon can be seen across the Triad, which posted a Q2 growth of about 20% when compared to that of Q2 2009. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal.
