NEW YORK CITY-As a part of a cost cutting effort, Roger Goodell, Commissioner of NFL, has said that the NFL headquarters will be shifted to a new Park Avenue office building. The NFL is planning to lease 175,000 square feet of space at 345 Park Ave.
Compared to its current 205,000-square-foot office at 280 Park Ave., this new space is 15% smaller. This new office will accommodate 350 employees. The office building is owned by the Rudin family. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal.
