ORLANDO- PNC Bank has inked a lease for 10,650 square feet of office space at Highwoods' Capital Plaza One building at 201 E. Pine St. The bank will house a retail branch at the first floor and will also have a signature signage on the top of the building. The building is owned by Highwoods Properties Inc.
