DENHAM, ENGLAND-The Barclays brothers, David and Frederick Barclay, have sold off their 10% stake in the InterContinental Hotel Group. The brothers' broker, Barclays Capital placed 29.9 million shares of InterContinental, which were held by the brothers at GBP 11.20.

They were the group's biggest shareholders with about 10% of the shares, when they started buying InterContinental's shares since 2006. Due to this sale, the share price of InterContinental dropped by 7.6% to GBP 11.08. For the full story, go to Reuters.
