NEW YORK- The union of hotel workers UNITE HERE and garment workers affiliated to Service Employees International Union have signed an agreement to put an end to their dispute.
As part of the deal, hotel workers union will take over a 600,000-square-foot office building at Seventh Avenue, while the garment workers union will hold on to Amalgamated Bank.
