NJ Nabs Philly Manufacturing Co.

WEST DEPTFORD, NJ-SSM Industries, which is relocating its Philadelphia operations here, was drawn largely by the state’s Business Employment Incentive Program.

WEST DEPTFORD, NJ-Bensalem, PA-based industrial and commercial real estate brokerage firm Roddy Inc. recently represented SSM Industries Inc. in the acquisition of 1425 Grandview Ave. at the Mid-Atlantic Corporate Center here.

President Frank Roddy, who handled the transaction on behalf of the buyer, SSM Industries Inc., tells GlobeSt.com that the 46,142-square-foot, one-story building located on 3.19 acres was purchased for an undisclosed sum, and the seller was represented by David Ricci of the Flynn Co.
