TAMPA-The vacancy rate for Tampa in Q2 2010 stood at 19%. This is a fall of 0.6% when compared to that of Q1 2020; however, when compared to that of Q2 2009 it is a rise of 0.4%.
The second quarter of 2010 saw a positive absorption of 161,898 square feet, whereas the overall absorption for Q1 and Q2 was negative 65,763 square feet, but this is an improvement of 89.2% when compared to that of Q1 and Q2 of 2009. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
