NEW YORK-Miller Samuel Inc. has reported that the sales of homes in Long Island for Q2 2010, has increased by 54.7% compared to that of Q1 2010 and rose by 49.2% when compared to that of Q2 2009. There were a total of 5,902 homes that were sold in the second quarter of this year.
The average number of days to sell a house in Long Island fell to 114 days in Q2 2010 from 126 days in Q2 2009. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal.
