AURORA, IL-Rosemont-based US Foodservice Inc. has bought 50 acres of land in Aurora for $8.24 million. The site can easily house a warehouse measuring 1 million square feet. The parcel is part of the 258-acre Butterfield East Park, close to the interaction of State Route 59 and Interstate 88.
The property was purchased from Duke Realty Corp. an Indianapolis-based firm. US Foodservice also has an option to buy another 12.3 acres at the park. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
