SAN JOSE, CA-The 45-year-old Terminal C at the Mineta San Jose International Airport will be demolished by heavy equipments today. The terminal was closed on June 30 this year.
Its passenger load will be handled by the new Terminal B Concourse, which measures 380,000 square feet and was built at a cost of $342 million. The cleared space will be utilized for a 1,400-square-foot parking space to minimize parking congestion at the airport. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal.
