WASHINGTON, DC-Cassidy Turley has reported that there was a positive absorption of industrial space in the US economy after 18 months. The net demand for flex and warehouse space was 6 million square feet across the country.
Positive demand in excess of 1 million square feet was seen in Phoenix, Louisville, Northern New Jersey, Cincinnati and Memphis in Q2 2010. The industrial market inventory in US had increased by 8.7 million square feet in 1H10. For the full story, go to Florida real Estate Journal.
