NEW YORK CITY-Oren's Daily Roast has inked a lease for 12 years for 1,179 square feet at 1440 Broadway, at West 40th Street. The asking rate for the site was set at $200 per square foot. The site belongs to Monday properties. This site is slated to be the ninth outlet in the city.
