NEW YORK CITY-Los Angeles-based Al Mayass, a Lebanese eatery, has signed a lease agreement for a 4,400-square-foot space in 24 E. 21st St., which previously housed Campagna restaurant years. The lease runs for 10 years and the asking rate for the site was $70 per square feet.
Sinvin Realty's Roxanne Betesh and JDF Realty's Ben Kahr represented the owner Noam Management and Newmark Knight Frank Retail represented the tenant. This will be the first eatout in New York for Al Mayass. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
