Brown Harris Sues Seller in the Carlos Slim Deal

NEW YORK CITY-A lawsuit has been filed by Brown Harris Stevens, a real-estate broker, alleging that a commission of $880,000 was unlawfully denied to one of its agents in the 1009 Fifth Ave. townhouse sale to Carlos Slim.

NEW YORK CITY-A lawsuit has been filed by Brown Harris Stevens, a real-estate broker, alleging that a commission of $880,000 was unlawfully denied to one of its agents in the 1009 Fifth Avenue townhouse sale to Carlos Slim. The suit has been filed in the New York Supreme Court against Tamir Sapir, who sold the town house for $44 million in a secret deal with Carlos Slim.
